Make sure to give commands only after EMO responds when you call its name. Use EMO in a relatively quiet environment so it can hear your commands clearly. Ensure you're using correct voice commands - check the user manual for supported commands.
Use 2.4GHz WiFi only. Try a new WiFi network. Please note that EMO doesn't support WiFi with too complicated passwords or without passwords.
Try using the voice command 'EMO, turn up the volume' to increase EMO's volume. You can also manually turn up the volume in the EMOPET App.
Make sure your children call EMO with correct pronunciation. You can increase the sensitivity level in the EMOPET App to make EMO more responsive. If issues persist, upload your voice to us and we'll add it to EMO's training in the next update.
Please increase the touch area and give a little pressure when you pet EMO to ensure proper detection.
